Claiming missing points

You can claim points from past flights if the flight is not more than 90 days old, via the membership portal or by emailing valueflyer@flyvaluejet.com. Points are valid for 3 years, after which they expire if unused.

How do I enrol myself to the ValueFlyer Loyalty Program?: You can enrol to the ValueFlyer Loyalty Program online.
Who can apply for membership to the ValueFlyer Loyalty Program?: Membership is open to individuals only, not companies or organizations. Any individual above 18 years old can join the ValueFlyer Loyalty Program.
Is there any specification for my ValueFlyer membership password?: It must have a minimum of 5 characters, and can contain letters, numbers or special characters.
Can the same email address be used to enrol different members?: To enrol into the ValueFlyer Loyalty Program, each individual should have a unique email address.
When do I start earning points?: As soon as enrolment is completed, members can start earning points.
When will I get a permanent plastic card?: Members will get a plastic card upon attaining the Silver tier level and above.
Will I get a welcome pack?: When a member is upgraded to a higher tier, a welcome pack will be sent as per the respective tier (Silver, Gold and Platinum).
